The meeting of the Gorkhali Rugby Club (GRC) was convened under the leadership of Mr. Rohit Karki, President of the club. The following key issues regarding upcoming programs and activities were discussed:

Key Decisions and Discussions:
- Organizing Gorkhali Rugby Sevens National Tournament:
The committee decided to organize the Gorkhali Rugby Sevens National Tournament on end of Magh or first week of falgune 2081 ie. Febuary between 1st to 2nd weeks in Bharatpur Chitwan Plans for this event will be taken forward after obtaining the necessary authorization from the Nepal Rugby Association (NRA) and the National Sports Council (NSC). - Participation in the 15-a-side Rugby League:
The club is planning to participate in the 15-a-side Rugby Club League organized by the Nepal Rugby Association. - Club Registration and Renewal:
The club will complete the necessary procedures to obtain its membership certificate from the Nepal Rugby Association. Additionally, the club’s renewal for FY 2023 and 2024 will be processed with the Government Tax Office and Kathmandu Metropolitan Ward No. 11. - Venue Investigation and Communication:
A sub-committee consisting of three members will investigate potential venues for the Gorkhali Rugby Sevens Tournament. They will also communicate with the Bharatpur Metropolitan Office in Chitwan to explore possible venues for the tournament.
