PREM BAHADUR KOIRALA- L2 World Rugby Referee

My Journey in rugby from 2014 as a  player as a National and International and I started refereeing at the age of 25 on 2018 at school touch tournament, And my coach Mr Tanka Raj Giri teach me, to help some games take place that otherwise may not have due to referee unavailability. Never did I think it would become my career, but 10 years into it being my time job I still have the same passion and enjoyment as I did at the start, albeit facing different challenges. From my first refereeing on senior game at 2019 Bagmati 7s Rugby Tournament, thereafter big challenging for me doing referee at U18 & U20 Asian Rugby Tournament, 15s Rugby Club League and 9th National Gameand many more.

I continue to attend online rugby course provided by Asia Rugby, World Rugby and my first international rugby referee debut on 2023 in Sri Lanka School National Tournament which help to improve my decision making and understanding of the law and finally I got my L2 Developing Match Official Certificate.
